Sales Manager is a people who will develop, manage and run the sales team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. An ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

1. Manage Sales team
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Oversee the sales team ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day/month/quarter and monitor progress regularly
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes

- Participate on behalf of WATA in exhibitions or conferences
- Meet clients/prospects to present, propose WATA’s brand, attract, and convince them to buy WATA’s services

4. Do the customer care services
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering them with WATA
